Me as well I have eliminated uninstalled three times and reinstalled and when it will come up I can not form the lic in box Even though I'm able to see it it seems to be frozen you should helpI am having the identical problem!  I was never ever prompted to enter it and loaded out all the knowledge and now are not able to discover how to avoid wast
